Who are you, when? This is a workshop for leaders ready to investigate which kind of leader they are, and which kind they would like to be. We work with experience based learning, meaning it's a workshop where we gain insights from doing exercises. The exercises are developed in such a way, that the natural strengths and flaws of one's personality will come to the surface. The focus of this workshop is the authentic self . The outcome won't be a list of pre-made answers, but personal insights.

Storytelling

This workshop is very much practice oriented . It aims at providing tangible tips & tricks for bringing your presentation skills to the next level. A good speech or story is likely one of the few ways in which we can have a strong impact or influence. When you are a good storyteller, you can make a difference. Book this workshop when you are ready to receive personal feedback and if you believe in the true value of a good story.

Team Cohesion

This workshop is embedded in a big group game that takes up 4 to 5 hours of the day. By playing a game, people tend to relax, which also means they show more of their true self. The game consists of different layers. Each layer is particularly chosen to trigger different aspects of the players' personality. Some games are about working together, while others are won by thinking of oneself first. Some are about being clever, some about being fast. Every player will have to make choices that can impact themselves and the group. After the game, an extended debrief brings the necessary links to reality and reveals what was going on in the players' minds. In this workshop there is room for playfulness and for more serious conversation.

Let's start with what they have in common. Everything Zeggedis organises will contain elements of fun, communication, and improvisational theater . When we organise a teambuilding, we will put more focus on the elements of fun, being silly and creative together, creating new ways of connecting to each other.
When we organise workshops, we focus more on experience based learning. We really want to add the layer of learning. This means that after exercise there is a debriefing, and at the end of the workshop we will conclude with specific take-aways and insights.
