Practicalities

The perfect duration of a good teambuildihg would be around 2.5 hours. We can always adapt according to your needs.

Not much! A big space with the tables removed , where we can comfortably move around.

In Dutch, French and English. However, we've got colleagues across the globe, so don't hesitate to ask for a different language.
If a team speaks French and Dutch, we would advise the teambuilding to be in English. We could offer the session with two languages at the same time, but it slows down the experience and reduces a bit the energy boost that you could get from working in one language.

Subjectively? We are really good at what we do. Every member in our team has an excited coaching style, that brings nothing but good vibes. Another perk is that we make every game accessible for all to join.
Objectively? We have 10 years of experience in organising all sorts of teambuilding activities on site. When the pandemic struck, we had to switch to an online offer as fast as we could, to help out our clients. This means that since March 2020, we kept track of what the needs are in companies in general, and consequently adapted our offer as such. On top of that, we have a background in improvisational theater. So even if within the activity, the group would need a different kind of input, we are able to swift smoothly into a different direction.

Improvisation doesn't mean you have to be creative, funny, quick, outgoing or any of the sorts. The teambuilding is made in such a way that everybody enjoys the exercises, each on their own pace. So far we haven't had one single dropout. And yes, we work with engineers, accountants, lawyers, you name it.
