One-way
The organisation provides script and planning. An exploratory meeting brings clarification where needed.
Two-way
You involve Charlotte from the starting point. With her background in corporate communication and event management, she loves to join forces to help built this event from concept to D-day. More specifically, we can come up with fun, creative intervals, how we'll plan the speakers for a smooth course of the event, which fun technical features we could add, how to make best use of the venue, etcetera.

Just about. Preparation gets the job done. Charlotte loves to dive deep into the topic or expertise of the speakers. It makes it possible to describe and announce speakers to an audience in a fluent and easy way.
Before the event takes off, she will make time to talk to the speakers individually and informally, so that they feel comfortable and know what they can expect during the course of the event.

Her hosting style is known to be very interactive. In a playful way, she engages with the audience and encourages them to listen actively. Because of her background in improvisational theater, flexibility is one of her perks. When something unexpected should happen, you should never fear with a host like Charlotte.
